“THE TALENT DOCTRINE”

Co-developing a post-market civilizational strategy
The reception is over. Awaiting the decision of the jury.

The TALENT Doctrine Manifesto lays the foundation for a new intellectual and project-based framework for the TALENT ID community. It describes a vision of post-market humanism, where talent becomes the foundation of future civilization.

We invite you to participate in the internal project module, where every registered user can contribute to the development and refinement of the manifesto’s key themes.

How to Participate

  1. Register or log in to the TALENT ID platform.

  2. Go to Project Modules → THE TALENT DOCTRINE.

  3. Read the manifesto and choose one or more themes to work on.

  4. Add your analysis, idea, case study, diagram, formula, forecast, or visualization.

  5. Your contribution will be recorded in your profile as part of your intellectual activity in the discipline “Talent Strategy / Civilizational Design.”

Themes and Guiding Questions for Contribution

1. Talent as a Civilizational Metric

  • How can we quantitatively and qualitatively measure the “collective talent” of a society?

  • How does “talent as energy” differ from “talent as resource” in culture, science, and education?

2. Talent as a Foundation of Justice

  • What mechanisms of access to self-realization can be considered socially just?

  • Can the TALENT ID platform replace some elements of state social support?

3. TALENT COIN and the New Value Economy

  • What types of contributions should be capitalized within the system?

  • How can we prevent manipulation and ensure fair issuance of tokens?

  • Can we link the “value of talent” to “the price of participation in the future”?

4. Talent Management and Potential Development

  • What are the alternatives to formal certification and testing?

  • What should new educational and career trajectories look like?

5. Infrastructure for a Post-Market Civilization

  • What is the role of platforms, DAOs, semantic graphs, and digital profiles?

  • What scenarios exist for integrating TALENT ID into cities, universities, and institutions?

6. Ethical Boundaries of Digital Talent Governance

  • Where are the limits of acceptable automation in evaluating human contribution?

  • How can we protect authenticity and individuality in a world of rankings and digital identity?

7. TALENT ID as a Noospheric Interface

  • Can TALENT ID become an “organ of planetary cognition”?

  • What elements of the platform must evolve to reach this level?

All participants will receive a weighted contribution score, and the most insightful ideas and authors will be featured in the upcoming report “TALENT DOCTRINE: COMMUNITY EXTENSION 2025.”
